Fulfillment/Shipping:

All orders are processed through our customer service department at the Pedors corporate offices in Marietta GA, where professionally trained staff members handle every transaction personally. This ensures quicker delivery and lower shipping charges.

All pedorsruby.com orders are shipped by Ruby Leather in Milwaukee Wisconsin via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval (if not paying by credit card) address verification, stock availability and order processing.

For all orders shipped outside of the USA, the receiver is responsible for any and all local duty charges and taxes that may apply.

Payment/Ordering:

We gladly accept all major credit cards, Amex, Visa, Master Card & Discover & PayPal. Availability of these payment methods depends upon the manner in which the Customer places an order, as described more fully below.

Ordering By Phone: Please call 1 (800) 750-6729 or local (770) 218-7414 to order by phone. Please have all of your credit card and ordering information handy when calling so that we may offer you prompt service.

Ordering By Mail: Please mail in your order form to our main office at the address on the order form with your check or money order. Click here for the order form. If you are paying by credit card, please remember to fill in your account number, card member signature and credit card expiration date. We cannot process your order without this information. Please be sure to include your phone number in case there is a problem with your order.

Ordering Through the pedorsruby.com Store: Please remember to fill in all the required fields when ordering via the pedorsruby.com Store order form. We use SSL encryption between your browser and our server, and between our servers and our office to retrieve and process orders. We accept on-line orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You can pay by all major credit cards, Amex, Visa, Master Card & Discover & PayPal OR you can elect to pay by check.

Typically orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Warranty/Returns

You may return new/unused items within 60 days of delivery for a credit on your account.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product we will pay for the return shipping of that item. For all other instances, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

This must be agreed upon prior to you returning the product.

You should expect to receive a credit memo within 14 working days from we receive the returned item(s).

Backorders
While pedorsruby.com holds a large inventory of shoes at all times, some models or sizes may become unavailable from time to time. While we always try to keep popular sizes in stock, sometimes items must be backordered. In the event that an item you have selected is on backorder, a customer service representative may contact you. You may still proceed through checkout with such items, and they will be delivered to you as soon as the item is received by us.
